Los siguientes términos aplican principalmente para comisiones de Uso Personal. Si deseas una comisión comercial, esta implicará otros términos establecidos en un contrato, dependiendo del uso y de la licencia elegida.

☆ El Cliente declara haber leído, comprendido y aceptado los Términos de Servicio (en adelante, ‘TDS’) con anterioridad a la solicitud de cualquier comisión. El incumplimiento de los TDS por parte del Cliente facultará automáticamente la cancelación de la comisión, sin que ello genere responsabilidad alguna☆ Revisa mis piezas anteriores para ver si te gusta algún estilo o estética que haya hecho antes.☆ Por favor se debe proveer una descripción clara de lo que quieres comisionar, además de todas las referencias posibles (incluir pelo, referencias de rostros, expresiones, poses, ropa, colores, etc.) Envía todo lo que tengas, ¡contra más mejor!☆ Los precios están sujetos a cambios en cualquier momento sin ningún preaviso, todo bajo la demanda.☆ Todos los dibujos tendrán una sútil firma que no podrá ser eliminada.☆ Me reservo el derecho de rechazar cualquier comisión, ya sea por motivos personales, criterio moral o cualquier otra causa que considere pertinente.☆ Todas las comisiones incluyen un fondo simple, el cliente puede especificar cualquier preferencia respecto al fondo.☆ No se puedes vender mi arte como NFT.☆ No puedes usar mi arte para entrenar una IA. ☆ Los pagos se realizarán a través de Factura de PayPayl, usando euros (€).☆ Las comisiones pueden ser pagadas con adelantos del 100% o dividir los pagos en 50% por adelanto y el 50% restante al aprobar la pieza final.Siempre podemos hablar sobre otros planes de pagos.☆ Si durante el proceso de la comisión el cliente cancela el encargo y no he empezado el proceso, podrás tener un rembolso integro.☆ No habrán rembolsos una vez se ha aprobado los primeros bocetos.

☆ El horario de atención es de 9 a. m. a 5 p. m. PST, de lunes a viernes (CEST). Los correos electrónicos serán respondidos durante este horario.☆ Te contactaré cuando haya empezado con tu comisión.☆ Mientras trabajo en tu comisión, haré revisiones contigo para asegurarme de que quede exactamente como lo deseas.☆ El tiempo para finalizar tu comisión varía de 2 semanas a 2 meses, dependiendo de factores como la complejidad de la pieza encargada, tiempos de respuesta, otros trabajos, etc.Si surge algo que retrase la entrega, te lo haré saber lo antes posible.☆ Por favor, avísame con anticipación si tienes una fecha límite específica. Cobraré un costo adicional por comisiones urgentes (plazos cortos).☆ Una vez que la pieza esté terminada, te entregaré un archivo PNG y un PDF en alta resolución con la paleta de colores, y otro en resolución más pequeña con marca de agua.La imagen con la marca de agua es la que puedes publicar libremente en redes sociales.NOTA: Este es un archivo digital únicamente, NO un producto físico.

☆ Será posible cualquier cambio durante la fase de bocetos.☆ Una vez aprobado el boceto, solo haré cambios pequeños. Los cambios significativos se contaran como un cargo extra.☆ Se añadirá un cargo extra si deseas realizar cambios en el dibujo final, a menos que se trate de un malentendido de mi parte.☆ Si deseas que cambie algo en el dibujo que ya has aprobado previamente, te cobraré un cargo extra por realizar ese cambio. La cantidad del cargo dependerá del cambio que quieras que haga y normalmente se calcula en función de coste por hora.

Por lo tanto, tengo permitido usar la obra con copyright para:· Reservarme el derecho de cancelar y reembolsar el pedido en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo.· Conservar todos los derechos de autor sobre la obra comisionada.· NO reclamar la propiedad intelectual (IP) de la obra comisionada.· Reservarme el derecho de publicar la obra comisionada en redes sociales, en mi portafolio, para venta en exposiciones/galerías/convenciones, así como en publicaciones como libros de arte, a menos que se acuerde lo contrario.El cliente tiene permitido:· NO puede obtener beneficios económicos de la obra comisionada (reventa, redistribución, subida a servicios POD, impresión para cualquier uso que no sea personal, etc.) a menos que se adquiera una licencia comercial. Contácteme directamente para información sobre licencias comerciales.· Imprimir la obra y reclamar el/los personaje(s) como propios, pero no la ilustración en sí.· Conservar los derechos de propiedad intelectual (IP).· NO puede usar mi obra en ningún software generador de Inteligencia Artificial (IA).Se considera infracción de copyright lo siguiente:· Reproducir/usar la obra con derechos de autor con fines comerciales, es decir, obtener beneficios económicos de cualquier forma que no esté contemplada en estos términos.· Reclamar la obra como propia.· Alterar la obra de cualquier forma sin mi consentimiento.Por ejemplo, eliminar mi firma de la obra.Me reservo todos los derechos sobre la imagen y su uso/distribución a menos que se acuerde lo contrario (los derechos de uso de la imagen para fines no personales pueden adquirirse en cualquier momento).

The next terms mostly applies for Personal Use commissions. If you want a commercial commission, it will entail other terms stated in a contract, depending on the intended use and the chosen license.

☆ The commissioner (referred as "you") is expected to read through my Terms of Service(referred as "TOS") before requesting a commission. The commissioner understands that by violating these TOS their commission will be cancelled immediately.☆ Check my previous pieces to see if you want a certain style or aesthetic I've done before.☆ Please provide a clear description of what you want and as many references as possible (including hair, facial features, expressions, pose, colors, clothes etc.) Send everything you have, the more the better!☆ Prices are subject to change at any time without noticed based on demand.☆ All drawings will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove.☆ I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable with for any reason☆ All commissions include a simple color background, the client can specify any preferences over this.☆ Do NOT mint/sell the art for NFT.☆ Do not use to train AI. I do not consent to any of my artwork to be used for this purpose.

☆ Payment is done through a PayPal invoice, using euros (€) as the currency.☆ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the finished piece approval. We can also discuss other payment plans to better fit your needs.☆ In the event that the commission is cancelled by you and I haven’t started drawing yet, you will get a full refund.☆ There will be no refund after the sketch is approved.

☆ Business hours are between 9am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday, (CEST). Emails will be answered durning these hours. If you contact me on the weekend, I might respond during the next available business day.☆ I will notify you when I have started on your commission☆ While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!☆ The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc.If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as possible.☆ Please tell me beforehand if you have a specific deadline! I will charge extra for rushed commissions (close deadlines).☆ Once the piece is finished I will provide a full-resolution PNG image with the color palette, and another in a samaller resolution with a watermark.This image with the watermark is the one that you can post freely in social media.NOTE: This is a digital file only, NOT a physical product.

☆ Any changes during the sketch stage are possible.☆ Once the sketch is approved, I will only make minor changes or charge extra.☆ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.☆ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:· I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.· I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.· I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.· I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork via social online networks, in my portfolio, for sale in art shows/galleries/conventions, as well as in publications such as art books unless agreed otherwise.The buyer is allowed to:· You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for any use aside from personal, etc.) unless a commercial license is purchased.
